Since its foundation in 1998, tues has evolved from
a one-woman-company to a team of professional translators with
different mother tongues. The team work helps us to satisfy the
growing quality demands of our customers in an increasingly global
environment in the ideal manner. As I will be your point of contact for all services
offered by tues I would like to introduce myself briefly.
My name is Eva Schwarz. I started my studies at the French University
of Nantes in 1985 and graduated in 1990 from the Faculty of Translation, Interpreting, Linguistics and Cultural Studies
FTSK of the University of Mainz in Germersheim.
During my professional career, I have worked as an employee in the fields
of process plant engineering, civil/mechanical engineering, IT
systems/air traffic control and in the cosmetics industry and have
acquired professional experience and special knowledge in those fields of technical engineering that are
among my specialities today. Since 1998, I have been working as a
freelance translator in close cooperation with selected colleagues.
The services our team offers give priority to
quality management and orientation
towards the customer's needs.
We specialize in particular fields of industrial activity, where we can
offer special knowledge and experience in translation. Our
translation work is based on the stipulations of relevant standards such as DIN 2345 and DIN EN 15038. Our hardware and
software equipment ensures professional translation work and
data security for our customers.
We offer comprehensive solutions that go beyond traditional
translation such as localization of commercial texts and website
contents, linking and testing of the localized files, direct
processing of DTP-files files, terminology compilation and maintenance as well as formatting and image
processing work. Customer-friendly office hours, short
response times and
reasonable prices round off our service package.
If you agree with me that a translation should comply with the same
quality demands as the original, we should get in touch.
